Le Hollandais Volant est un vaisseau fantôme commandé par le têtu capitaine Van der Decken, qui s'est maudit lui-même et son équipage pour naviguer sur les mers pour toujours. Une nuit, un jeune marin nommé Jack voit le navire fantôme et prépare son équipage pour une grande tempête, qu'ils survivent grâce à l'avertissement.
