The Eagle & the Jackdaw
L'Aigle et le Choucas
A small jackdaw watches a powerful eagle and decides to copy what it does. But sometimes trying to be like someone else can lead to unexpected trouble.
An eagle saw a lamb in a field.

The eagle flew down fast.
L'aigle fondit rapidement vers le bas.
He grabbed the lamb with his strong claws.

Then he flew away with the lamb.

A jackdaw was watching.

The jackdaw thought,
